My Interests

Assalamualaikum

Hi kali ni aku nak cerita pasal interest aku yang bermacam sangat.

1. Languages

Selain dari belajar english and arabic,aku juga berminat dengan bahasa mandarin,japanese and korean.Lepas habes SPM dulu,aku ada la belajar tiga bahasa nih dekat internet.Pastu aku install apps dia dekat playstore.Best sangat!

2. Martial Arts

Pasal yang ni pulak aku suka karate and judo.Aku teringin sangat nak belajar.Tapi tak berpeluang pon. :'( Time sekolah dulu takde pon kelab karate.Yang ada pun silat.Tapi iolls tak minat silat..hehe

3. Music

I love music so much!Aku suka menyanyi,dengar lagu and playing musical instruments.Lagu yang aku suka dengar adalah yang jenis instrumental,pop,acoustic,ballad...Ha aku suka main piano,keyboard and guitar.

4. Sports

Aku suka sport yang macam cycling,climbing dan juga badminton.

5. Travel

I wish that one day aku dapat travel all places around the world.

6. Read

Aku seorang yang suka membaca.Semua jenis bahan bacaan aku baca.Tapi benda yang paling aku suka baca adalah buku self improvement,encyclopedia dan komik.Aku jugak seorang yang sangat sukakan buku.

7. Cooking

Memasak ni time mak aku masak aku pon pi menyibuk kat dapur tu tolong apa yang patut...So,best jugak lah!

8. Photography

Ha yang ni aku suka gila amek gambo!Pantang ada ja scene lawa aku amek.Nanti aku nak jadi photographer lah sebagai side job aku. ^_<

9. Movie and drama 

Aku suka tengok movie or drama yang jenis comedy,romantic,action...kalau jenis horror ka mystery ka memang aku tak tengok..Iolls takut !

 
10. Technology

Aku sangatlah sukakan technology dan gadget.Kalau dekat Astro tu aku suka tengok Astro discovery channel sebab dia tunjuk pasal new invention bagai.

11. Cookies

Mende nih aku suka sangat makan.Senang cakap,this is my favourite.Aku paling suka Famous Amos.Kalau bagi dekat aku sebalang,sebalang tu aku boleh habeskan dengan copat.Ha!

Resipi Tiramisu Dark Sweet Cherry

Bahan-bahan:

500 ml krim putar

Kek span

1 paket Nescafe (3 dalam 1)

2 sudu besar air panas

1 tin dark sweet cherry

100 gram keju parmesan

Esen vanila

Serbuk koko

Cara membuat:

1.Pukul krim putar sehingga menjadi gebu,ketepikan.

2.Kek span ditekap mengikut saiz cawan plastik yang digunakan.

3.Paipkan krim putar sedikit.Kemudian masukkan dua biji buah ceri.

4.Tekapkan lagi kek span dan celup pada air Nescafe (Nescafe +2 sudu besar air panas).

5.Paipkan lagi krim putar.Hiaskan dengan serbuk koko dan ceri.

6.Sejukkan dalam peti sejuk sebelum dihidangkan.

Resipi Cream Puff Durian

Bahan cream puff:

115 gram mentega 

235 ml air

125 gram tepung gandum

4 biji telur

secubit garam

Bahan kastard durian:

3 sudu besar gula halus 

1 sudu besar tepung gandum

1 sudu besar tepung jagung

1 biji telur

1 cawan susu segar

1 sudu besar mentega

2 sudu besar isi durian 

Cara membuat:

1.Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 425 C.

2.Dalam bekas yang besar,didihkan mentega bersama air.

3.Masukkan tepung dan garam sehingga ia bertukar bentuk seperti bola.

4.Guna sudu kayu atau stand mixer,pukul telur dan campurkan bersama adunan tepung.

5.Ambil menggunakan sudu dan letakkan atas loyang pembakar.

6.Bakar sehingga 20 hingga 25 minit sehingga bertukar warna keemasan.Bahagian tengah sepatutnya kering.

7.Kastard durian:Satukan semua bahan ke dalam mangkuk,kacau sehingga sebati (kecuali mentega) kemudian tapis ke dalam periuk.

8.Semasa menapis lenyek isi durian agar hancur ketika menapis.Masukkan mentega dan masak dengan api sederhana.

9.Sentiasa kacau agar kastard tidak berketul-ketul dan hangus.Kacau sehingga masak.Sejukkan.

10.Paipkan kastard ke dalam cream puff.Taburkan snow powder di atas cream puff.

Resipi Pai Telur

Bahan-bahan pastri:

250 gram tepung gandum 

200 gram butter

100 ml air sejuk

1 sudu besar gula

1 sudu teh garam

1 biji telur

Bahan-bahan inti:

3 biji telur 

50 gram gula

1/2 sudu kecil esen vanila

1/2 sudu kecil tepung gandum

1 sudu kecil susu cair

Cara membuat:

Pastri:

1.Campurkan kesemua bahan pastri kecuali air.

2.Gaul rata semua bahan kemudian masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit.

3.Uli sehingga menjadi doh.

Simpan dalam peti sejuk selama 1/2 jam sebelum dicanai untuk kulit pai.

4.Bentukkan kulit pai dengan acuan sesuai dan bakar hingga kekuningan.

Inti:

1.Campurkan semua bahan diatas.

2.Pukul rata dan tuangkan 1/2 bancuhan adunan dalam pai yang telah dibakar.

3.Bakar selama 20 minit dengan kepanasan 20 minit.

Resipi Bento Ayam Teriyaki Chip Chip

Bahan-bahan:

1 sudu besar air sejuk

1/2 cawan gula

1/2 cawan kicap air 

1/4 cawan cuka 

1/4 sudu lada hitam

1 ulas bawang putih dicencang 

1/2 sudu kecil serbuk halia

4 keping dada ayam,dibuang tulang dan dipotong kiub

Nasi Jepun/biasa secukupnya

Kepingan seaweed

Sayuran untuk menghias 

Cara membuat:

1.Dalam periuk kecil,campurkan kesemua bahan kecuali ayam dan biarkan mereneh sehingga memekat.

2.Salut kepingan ayam dengan sos dan bakar dalam ketuhar pada suhu 175 C untuk 25 minit atau sehingga ayam masak sepenuhnya.

3.Kepal-kepalkan nasi Jepun untuk membuat badan anak ayam.

4.Potong seaweed menggunakan gunting kepada bentuk mata.

5.Potongkan lobak merah untuk mulut dan kaki anak ayam.

6.Hidangkan dengan ayam teriyaki yang dimasak tadi dan hiaskan cantik.
